You can exchange a piece within 7 days of delivery if it is unworn and in its original packing. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Earrings cannot be exchanged, for hygiene.

If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it for free.

Stainless steel needs very little care:

• Spray perfume before you put your jewellery on, not after

• Wipe it with a soft cloth to bring back the shine

• Store each piece in its pouch so stones don’t scratch each other
